Senior Sales & Partner Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Sales & Partner Manager (m/f/d) with strategic vision, technical understanding and entrepreneurial drive to actively drive the growth and market position of i-flow.

What you can expect

  • Independent development and implementation of a scalable sales strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets in the enterprise segment
  • Development, maintenance and expansion of strategic sales partnerships including enablement, co-selling and revenue tracking
  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to solution selling and successful contract conclusion
  • Active involvement in shaping the go-to-market strategy and expanding international market access
  • Close cooperation with the development team to incorporate market feedback into product development
  • Building and strengthening i-flow’s presence at conferences, trade fairs and with key accounts – with a clear focus on thought leadership and technological differentiation

What you bring to the table

  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or partner management in the field of Industrial IoT, ideally software or SaaS
  • Degree in economics, engineering or comparable qualification
  • In-depth understanding of industrial system integration, IIoT architectures and OT/IT systems (e.g. SCADA, OPC UA, MQTT, MES, cloud)
  • Proven success in building strategic partner networks and enterprise customer relationships
  • Strong technical and strategic skills: you can be just as convincing at C-level as in a conversation with an OT engineer
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong closing orientation and hands-on mentality
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
